Who we are
allez. is run by Tom Long, trading as Allez Sports Analytics, The Bristol Office, 2nd Floor, 5 High Street, Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol, BS9 3BY. We are the controller of your personal data. Contact: privacy@allezsponsorship.com. ICO registration number: [pending].
The short version
To use our tools, you give us your first name, last name, email and company. We use them to send your result. If you agree, or if you use a company email, we'll also send you emails about allez. We don't sell your data.
Your contact details
We use your name, email and company to send you your result, because you asked for it (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We keep them for 24 months after we last hear from you, then delete them.
Your answers
Your answers are worked out in your browser. We keep a short summary with your contact details: your score, property type, level, region, the main gaps we found and the unsold assets on your result. This lets us send you advice that fits your result. We do this in our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) and keep it for 24 months after we last hear from you. We don't keep your full answers.
Emails from us
If you tick the box, we'll send you tips, new tools and offers, about one email a week. We do this with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). If you give us a company email address, we may also send you relevant business emails in our legitimate interests, even if you didn't tick the box. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by emailing us. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address on a do-not-email list so we don't contact you again by mistake.
Website statistics
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this notice and our cookie page first.
Who we share data with
We don't sell your data. We use a small number of service providers to run the site and send emails:
- Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
- Brevo (contact list and sending emails)
- Microsoft 365 (our business email, if you write to us)
They act only on our instructions, under contracts that protect your data. Some are based in the United States or the EU. Where data leaves the UK, it's protected by UK adequacy regulations or the UK's approved contract terms.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data
- correct it
- delete it
- stop using it, or object to how we use it
- take your consent back for marketing

Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've used your data, tell us first at privacy@allezsponsorship.com. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you what we're doing about it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, 0303 123 1113.
Children
Our tools are for people running or buying sponsorship. They're not meant for anyone under 18.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections. Access to our contact list is limited to Tom and protected with two-factor login.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email, we'll tell you by email first.
